1st: Upload Your Photo: Be sure your photo you are uploading is a clear photo, the best crystals come from the best photos. Our designers will brighten dark photos and clean up every photo as a standard service we offer to get your 3d Crystal Image to look as detailed as possible. Our designers will remove all the background of your photo and prepare a digital 3d rendering of your image as they photoshop each image to look its best before laser engraving. We do ask for at least 1 business day from the time we receive your photo to edit, design, engrave, package, and ship your order.
Choose the Orientation: Portrait or Landscape or Designer's Choice and we will be sure to choose the correct orientation that will best fit the crystal size you have chosen to purchase. Please note, we will call you right away to let you know if there are any issues with fitting your number of people into your desired crystal. In addition, we do ask for at least 1 business day from the time we receive your photo to edit, design, engrave, package, and ship your order.
2nd: Simply select how many people/pets are in the image you are uploading and choose the appropriate number in the dropdown menu. We have design fees of $10.00 per figure.
3rd: Add an Optional LED Light Bases:
"Why Would I Want an LED Light Base?" An LED Light Base lets you see your 3D image in enhanced detail, bringing your precious memories to life with some that have unique features such as Stop and Hold on 1-Color, Slow/Fast Multi-Color and Changing light features.
Note: We have several LED Light-Base options that are available to enhance your 3d Crystal Creation. Please read the specified selections as your choice of LED Light Base and Size will vary depending on the Orientation and Size of your crystal.

Additional Crystal Design Option:
"Keeping the Background in 2d" We will normally remove the entire background of your photo so the figures in the foreground take precedence. Although, customers may opt to keep the background as a 2D Background image to add even more realism to your 3d Crystal. *The price of keeping the background in 2D is $25. If you would like this optional design added to your purchase, just Check the Box to Add: "2D Background" to your order.
Please Note: If you have a project image that needs additional photoshop work over and above our standard included services, such as stitching 2 photo images together, please let us know and our image designers can help with creating that ultimate image you desire to be engraved in a 3d crystal. "OBJECT/LOGO" type images, such as vehicles, boats, planes, homes, etc. have additional design service costs due to the added time our designers must spend detailing larger object images into 3d files. If you are uploading an Object or Logo type image, please add the proper # Quantity required on the dropdown menu to add the additional 3D Object/Logo Design Service Fees if applicable. Thank you~
Drawstring Gift Bags: Due to the size and weight allowances in our drawstring gift bags, only Small Statuette or Small Tower crystals along with an added LED Light Base will fit. Please do not check mark gift back for larger sized crystals.

SHIPPING:
Once we receive your order, we immediately start processing your uploaded photo image for 3d design conversion and strive to get your crystal order out the door in a normal 12-24hr processing time. Local Pick-up available in North Texas/Denton, Texas area upon request at checkout.
We ship your order out Free of Charge via USPS Priority Mail, although you still Must Use Promo Code: "SHIPFREE4ME" at checkout ($50 Minimum purchase before taxes are applied is required for Free Shipping promo to be valid.)
