3D Crystal Creations is confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations. However, the customer is responsible for the photo's quality and for providing precise details if necessary when it comes to designing your crystal. With that being said, we do not offer any refunds. Once you place your order, we will use what is available to us unless our designer runs into any issues with the photo you have chosen. Rest assured this rarely happens and because we are a family owned and operated business, we will do our best to make sure your 3D Crystal Creation looks outstanding! If an issue does occur with your photo, our designer will attempt to contact you to either A) Work with the photo you have chosen or B) Request a new photo. This is to ensure our customer's satisfaction. If we cannot reach the customer, we will default to option A.
If you experience any defects or receive a damaged product, please call us immediately at (214) 897-8858. The customer has 7 DAYS from the time they receive their order to request a replacement. A replacement will be sent out free of charge after we have received the following information in an email sent to email@example.com. Unfortunately, we do not replace orders due to fall damage and securely package our orders for travel.

- A photo or video clip of the damaged product(s)
